Step One: The Eureka Moment

The first step in Ms. George’s process is basically what I like to call "The Eureka Moment" because it is basically where we have the idea of the novel (that 'aha' moment). For the expanded idea I used the seven step story line, which is given near the back of the book, as a guide.
This step for me is a quite simple one if I am not forcing myself to write something totally different or trying to create another novel from the one that comes to me naturally without thinking too hard. Therefore, I am starting with the one novel that has been with me for four to five years…
Once I get that out of the way I can move on to the next one...
